How to Change Your Billing Plan
If you would like to change your
billing plan from what it is to any of our other options, you can do so by following these steps. Select the link corresponding to the change you'd like to make.
Changing from Monthly or Quarterly to Yearly
The easiest way to change from monthly or quarterly billing to a yearly subscription is to follow these steps:
- Go to the My Account page and click Cancel My Membership.
- Follow the instructions to confirm that you wish to cancel your membership. You will now be able to play until your next billing date
- On your My Home page, you will notice a link to subscribe to All inPlay. Follow that link and follow the instructions to subscribe to a yearly membership.
Changing from a Monthly to a Quarterly Membership
If you wish to change from a monthly to a quarterly membership, follow these steps:
- Visit the My Account page and select Cancel My Membership.
- Follow the instructions to confirm the cancelation. Note that you will still be able to play until your current billing period expires.
- From your My Home page, follow the link to Subscribe to All inPlay, choosing the quarterly option when prompted.
Changing from a Quarterly to Monthly Membership
Follow these steps to change from a monthly to a quarterly membership.
- From the My Account page, select Cancel my Membership.
- Follow the instructions to confirm the cancelation of your membership. Note that you will still be able to play until the end of your billing period.
- From your My Home page, follow the link to Subscribe to All inPlay, choosing the monthly option when prompted.
Changing From a Yearly to a Monthly or Quarterly Subscription
To change from a yearly to a monthly or quarterly membership, simply do the following:
- You'll first need to wait until your current yearly subscription expires.
- Once this occurs, follow the Subscribe to All inPlay link from your My Home Page, and choose the monthly or quarterly option that best suits your needs.
