Learn how to clear your temporary internet files so you can play online
If, when you play at a table online you only get to play with bots, then it sounds like your computer is looking at old versions of files instead of looking directly at our website <frown>. This sometimes happens with web browsers, but luckily we have a way around it <smile>.
The steps you'll follow depend on what browser you're using. Below, you'll find instructions for Internet Explorer versions 6 and 7. Select the link that corresponds to your browser. Internet Explorer 6
: Internet Explorer 7
Internet Explorer 6
1. In Internet explorer, go to the tools menu.
2. In this menu, select "Internet Options"
3. Located on the "General" tab (the first one you come to), you'll find a "Temporary Internet Files" section. Hit the "Delete Files" button.
4. Try playing again and let us know if you have further problems.
Internet Explorer 7
1. Go to the Tools menu and select Internet Options.
2. Remain on the General tab and click Delete Browsing History, which opens another window.
3. Click the "Delete files..." button.
Close all the dialogs and attempt playing again. If you still have questions, contact support.
Also, as you probably know, if you join an empty Crazy Eights table, bots will join you to keep you company while you wait for human opponents.
If this does not help, let us know at support@allinplay.com.
