Learn how to adjust your spam filter so you can get email from us
If you're not getting email from All inPlay, then your spam filter may be blocking us, which would be horrible, since it's not spam!
Here's what to do:
- Please email us again at support@allinplay.com.
- Watch your spam/bulk-mail folder (if you have one) for our reply. You should find it in there within 1-2 business days.
- Once you find our reply, you should be able to tell your email program that our email is "not junk." This will hopefully make sure our future emails aren't treated as spam by your email program. We say hopefully because each email program has its own quirks.
- If you do the above and *still* don't hear from us within 2 business days (or if your question is urgent), do not hesitate to call us at 413-585-9690.
