This is a message from Lady Luck, as provided by community member Dory (thank you Dory!):

I cannot be bribed as some have contrived
And that bounce check got me ticked
And we, speaking royally, should never be stiffed.
As you should know I have no favorite
And when I smile on you, you really should savor it
For just like the weather I'll change in a short while
And on someone else I'll bestow my smile.
Sadly, horses go without shoes and rabbits without feet
For charms, some think they cannot be beat
But your good fortune or lack thereof is my whim
And the chance for success may be grim
But after all it is just a game
So why not enjoy it, with or without fame!
